Where can I find my policy number?

Your policy number can be found on your insurance ID card or in your policy certificate documents.  

I don’t have a copy of my policy certificate. Can I still view that information?

Yes, you can view a copy of your policy certificate and other documents online in your Account's Policy Documents page. You can also request a copy be mailed to you by contacting Member Services at (888) 781-0585 or by emailing memberservices@nhicadmin.com

How do I update my member information?

How do I file a claim?

You can download a Claim Form online.
If you have a Short Term Medical Policy and need assistance, you can contact the claims department at (866) 596-5817.
If you have a Supplemental Policy and need assistance, you can contact the claims department at (855) 212-5014.

Do all of my products cancel when my Short Term Medical policy exhausts?

If you purchased additional supplemental polices, such as a Dental, Accident or Life Association at the same time you purchased your Short Term Medical plan; the supplemental polices do not cancel when your Short Term policy term exhausts.

These plans do not have an annual renewal, and are paid month to month until we receive written or verbal notice that you wish to cancel you coverage.
